☆All my physical items are individually Handmade With L♥ve in a smoke and pet
free environment.
☆I love custom orders! You have and idea, a specific design request, contact me
and i'd be happy to work with you to create it.
☆All my handmade items are created by hand and no two are identical, which mean
your tem will be unique to you. Because I do not create on a large scale my
materials, i.e, designer papers and embellishments vary but this is what makes
each item unique, if you have any particular preference, please ask and I will do
my best to accomodate. I will usually reply to any convo the same day.

☆Paypal is my preferred method of payment as it quick and easy and offers both
buyer and seller protection.

Shipping
☆I take great pride and care in my craft and this extend to packaging my creations!
All shipping cost include a little amount to go towards packaging. All fragile items
like Journals (with 3d embellishments on cover), mugs and decals are shipped
in postal boxes, hard back envelopes or tubes where appropriate.
☆ We offer a'next day guarantee delivery' at £4.95 extra in 'Little Extras' section,
please add it to your basket if you would like to use this service.
☆ If you are sending a purchased item as a gift, i.e, one of my pregnancy Journal or
scrapbook and would like it gift wrapped please let me know and I will
give you a quote for extra cost where necessary.
☆All of my items can be sent to the recipient,as gifts. But the recipient's
address must be specified when paying through paypal in the 'shipped to'
section.
☆If you need an item recorded delivery, with a tracking number and
proof of delivery, please let me know, and extra cost is payable by the buyer.
☆I usually ship ready made items within 3 working days of receiving cleared
payment, most often it is sooner.

☆If you have an urgent request or if you need your order by a specific date. I will

appropriate I take a lot of pictures so you can have a good representation of the

- Digital scrapbooking and scrapbook for hire. All digital products you make must be
flattened files.
You may not use Splashbunny Designs digital files in the following way:
- Altering and creating your digital file for sale
- Adding to digital or printable kits for sale
- Share, resell,copy or distribute products in its digital format unflattened.
- Claim any purchased digital products as your own.
- Commercial production
